Johnson double-double leads Hawks to 88-60 win at San Mateo

SAN MATEO – Jordahn Johnson led all with 29 points and 13 rebounds to help lead Las Positas College to an 88-60 Coast Conference North Division victory at College of San Mateo on Friday night.

The Hawks built up a substantial 49-27 lead at halftime and was able to cruise to the win.

Brandon Fisher nearly had his own double-double with 9 points and 10 rebounds. Isaiah Victor poured in 16 points, and Jalen Patterson turned in a solid game with 12 points, 5 assists, and 4 rebounds.

LPC won its second straight to improve to 16-8 overall and 6-4 in conference play. The Hawks are back in action on Wednesday (Feb. 8) when they host Chabot College at 7 p.m.
