The Hawks' string of two straight tournament consolation titles was snapped by L.A. Trade Tech on Wednesday with an 83-62 loss in the Foothill Holiday Classic.
Coming off a double-overtime victory over Ohlone the day before, LPC trailed 36-23 at halftime before giving up 47 points in the second half to L.A. Trade Tech (6-7).
Jasmine Odell led the Hawks with 21 points. She added 9 rebounds and dished out 4 assists. Kristjan Aubry added 11 points, while Erika Duarte and Cayla Nava had 10 each. Duarte paced LPC with 10 rebounds.
Despite the loss, the Hawks finished the nonconference season with an impressive 11-5 record.
LPC begins Coast Conference North Division play Jan. 6 when it travels to Fremont to take on Ohlone at 5 p.m.
