Las Positas College recognizes the "Hawks of the Game" for their outstanding efforts during competition. The award is designed to be a demonstration of the athletic achievements of Las Positas College student Athletes. It illustrates the unique opportunity junior college provides to compete on the field, on their terms, and for their causes. 

Las Positas College has presented the award to Freshman: Monique Cavness (F), Ranaye Manu (G), and Mi'Ari Garnett (G)  for an impressive effort vs Cuesta College.

#22 Cavness earned her second career Double-Double with a dominating performance scoring a career-high 20 points, 20 rebounds, and 3 steals and 2 blocks. #10 Manu listed a career-high 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 blocks while shooting 3-8 (38%) from the 3-point line. #15 Garnett scored 18 points, 3 rebounds and 3 Assists while shooting 2-6 (30%) from the 3-point line.

As the season progresses, Las Positas College will continue to feature the top performances.
