Bio

Ashley Hart is an assistant basketball coach at Las Positas College, this will be her third season serving as an assistant for the Las Positas Women's Basketball team. She is a veteran of the program, having played for Las Positas from 2017–2019 before transferring to San Francisco State (2019–2021) and later returning to coach. Hart’s basketball journey began at Millennium Charter School in Tracy, where she averaged 15.7 points per game in her senior year, including a career high of 41 points in a single game and being named female All-League. She transferred to Las Positas for her freshman year, then had a breakout sophomore season with 21 points per game and first-team All-Conference honors. She later played at San Francisco State, leading the team in blocks (17) and earning a double-double in her final game of the 2021–22 season. She has played professional women's basketball, most notably she played in Limerick, Ireland for the Limerick Sport Huskies where she led the league in assists. She hopes to help revitalize the women’s basketball program to be a consistent contender in the Coast conference.
